If you live in Victoria, Australia and are a residential electricity account holder then here’s welcoming news for you.
The state government announced for eligible applicants, a one off $250 payment to fight the climbing prices of electricity consumption.
Registration for the bonus is open from 1st Jul 2022 to 30th Jun 2023 and requires an online submission (which takes less than an hour) and encourages the applicant to research on a better energy deal using the Victoria’s Energy Compare website.
Keep in mind that there’s no obligations on switching to a different electricity retailer or a different plan.
