This Refund Policy explains our voluntary money-back guarantees and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Unless a different refund period or guarantee is clearly stated on the relevant sales page, eligible Hope Financial Solutions courses and digital products may be covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If the 30-day guarantee applies, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase.
The purpose of the guarantee is to give you an opportunity to access the product, work through the relevant material and decide whether it provides the educational value described when you purchased it.
Job Loss Preparation Kit
The Job Loss Preparation Kit is currently offered with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you complete the core components of the course and do not feel that it has helped you become better prepared or more confident about your financial situation, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to locate and verify your purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under a money-back guarantee, email:

- your name;
- the email address used when purchasing;
- the product or course purchased; and
- your order or transaction details, if available.
We will review your request and respond within a reasonable period.
Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method or payment processor where practicable.
The time it takes for funds to appear in your account after a refund has been processed may depend on Stripe, PayPal, your bank, or other payment providers.
Future Products and Courses
Wisdom Investing Pty Ltd may offer additional courses, digital products or services in the future.
Different products may have different voluntary refund periods or guarantee conditions.
Where a product has a refund guarantee that differs from this policy, the specific guarantee disclosed on the sales or checkout page when you purchase will apply to that voluntary guarantee.
Any such guarantee is in addition to the rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
Unless a money-back guarantee or other refund arrangement is expressly offered for a particular product, we are not generally required to provide a refund simply because you change your mind.
Where we voluntarily offer a money-back guarantee, we will honour it in accordance with the terms you were presented with when you purchased the product.
Nothing in this section affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our products and services come with consumer guarantees that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
These rights exist independently of any voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee or other refund policy offered by Wisdom Investing Pty Ltd.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
If a product or service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of whether a voluntary refund period has expired.
Refund Abuse
Our voluntary money-back guarantees are intended to allow customers to genuinely evaluate our educational products.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse of a voluntary guarantee, including repeated purchases, refund requests, or other conduct that reasonably appears to be intended to obtain continued access to our paid materials without payment.
Nothing in this section limits or affects any right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
Access Following a Refund
If we provide a full refund for a course or digital product, your licence to use the refunded product ends.
Where applicable, access to course areas, downloads or other paid materials may be removed following the refund.
Any copies of paid materials retained by you remain subject to the intellectual property provisions contained in our Terms of Sale.
