Hope Financial Solutions is operated by Wisdom Investing Pty Ltd, Suite 414, 585 Little Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia.
By purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these Terms of Sale.
Products and Courses
Wisdom Investing Pty Ltd may offer educational courses, guides, templates, worksheets, downloads, videos and other digital products or services through Hope Financial Solutions.
The specific content, inclusions, price, access arrangements, and any additional conditions that apply to a product will be described on the relevant sales or checkout page.
We may introduce, change or discontinue products from time to time.
Educational Purpose
Our courses and digital products are provided for educational and informational purposes.
George Lui, Hope Financial Solutions and Wisdom Investing Pty Ltd do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and are not authorised to provide financial product advice.
Nothing contained in our courses or digital products is intended to constitute financial product advice, personal financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, taxation advice or other professional advice.
Our educational materials do not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation, needs or circumstances.
You are responsible for determining whether information is appropriate for your circumstances and for seeking suitably qualified professional advice where necessary.

Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required to process your purchase.
Prices will be displayed on the relevant sales or checkout page.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.
Your use of a third-party payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Wisdom Investing Pty Ltd does not directly collect or store complete credit or debit card details when payment is processed by these third-party providers.
Access to Digital Products
Digital products and courses are generally made available electronically following successful payment.
Access may be provided by email, download link, membership area, course platform or another method described at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used for your purchase.

Personal Licence and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a course or digital product gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use that product for your own personal purposes.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained in the product to you.
You must not, without our prior written permission:
- copy or reproduce a course or digital product for distribution to others;
- share your course access or login details with another person;
- upload course materials to file-sharing websites, social media, artificial intelligence training datasets or other public or private repositories;
- resell, sublicense or commercially distribute our materials;
- record, reproduce or redistribute videos, audio or other course content;
- remove copyright notices or other ownership information; or
- use our materials to create a substantially similar product for commercial distribution.
Reasonable personal use, such as downloading or printing worksheets supplied for that purpose, is permitted.
Product and Course Updates
We may update, improve or modify course materials and digital products from time to time.
Where a product includes ongoing online access, we may make reasonable changes to its content, presentation, technology or delivery method.
We will not intentionally remove a substantial part of a paid product in a way that materially deprives a customer of what they purchased without considering any rights or remedies available to the customer under applicable law.
Refunds and Money-Back Guarantees
Some products may be offered with a voluntary money-back guarantee or other refund arrangement.
The terms of any such guarantee will be stated on the relevant sales page, on the checkout page, or in our Refund Policy.
For example, a product may include a specified period in which a customer can request a refund subject to the conditions disclosed when the product was purchased.
Any voluntary money-back guarantee offered by Wisdom Investing Pty Ltd is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale, our Refund Policy or any other policy of Wisdom Investing Pty Ltd excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Where the Australian Consumer Law entitles you to a remedy, we will provide the remedy required by law.
No Guarantee of Results
Purchasing or completing one of our courses or digital products does not guarantee any particular financial, employment, income, savings, debt reduction, investment or other result.
Results depend on individual circumstances and numerous factors outside our control.
Examples, personal experiences, case studies, calculations and testimonials are provided for educational or illustrative purposes and should not be interpreted as guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar outcome.

You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information when purchasing;
- ensuring that a product is appropriate for your intended purpose before purchasing;
- maintaining the security of any account or login credentials provided to you;

- considering your individual circumstances before acting upon educational information.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Some products may rely upon or refer to third-party websites, software, tools, platforms or services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, those third parties operate independently of Wisdom Investing Pty Ltd.
We are not responsible for changes made by third-party providers to their products, services, pricing, availability, terms or policies.
Any third-party products or services you choose to purchase or use are subject to the relevant provider’s terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisdom Investing Pty Ltd and George Lui are not liable for loss or damage arising solely from decisions or actions you take based on educational information provided in our courses or digital products.
Nothing in this section, or elsewhere in these Terms of Sale, excludes, restricts or modifies liability, consumer guarantees or other rights and remedies where doing so would be prohibited by law.
Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with purchases is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payment information processed by third-party payment providers is also subject to those providers’ privacy practices.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time.
The Terms of Sale applying to a particular purchase will generally be those in effect at the time you make that purchase, together with any specific terms or promises presented to you as part of that purchase.
Changes to these Terms will not retrospectively remove rights or benefits that formed part of an existing purchase.
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict any rights you may have to bring a claim or seek a remedy in another jurisdiction where applicable law gives you that right.
